I would have to say that madness gets the one up for video, just b/c you can see which guns are doing what in the same frame, but I definitely like the song for TF2 better.
Also, my personal suggestion for a game you can do next is Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. Specifically the No Quarter mod w/ the Venom and shotgun. Obviously I'm a long time fan of the game so I'm biased.

I'd say the TF2 was better. although how do you even get the sounds? i cant seem to pull up any sounds from any game i got :(
Download a sound recording program/video recording program (I used Fraps) and record yourself shooting each individual gun.

Madness Gun Sounds
Hmmmmm...I would say TF2. I mean there was more variety in Madness, but the video was better in TF2 and the tune stood up a bit better. Don't get me wrong, I love them both, but TF2 was just a tad bit better.
